We love this kitchen and living room for the bold choices in finishes and the comfort of materials. We added a powder to the kitchen as there was not a bathroom on this floor.
The shape of the kitchen was narrow, so we grabbed the angled portion of the space and created a banquette to allow for a proper table. The large island provides extra seating and a place to work or talk while someone prepares the meal.
We love the powder with the zelige tile, geode pendants, concrete sink with brass faucet and dark green paint by Farrow & Ball.
The living room has two of the same sofas to make sure everyone has a cozy spot and to create symmetry. We took accessories, plants and pillows to ensure the two sides were not perfectly a reflection of the other.
