BROOKLYN MET A FARM

We sold this home to a family who was leaving a gorgeous home in Brooklyn, NY. It was a match made in heaven as the Watermark faucets are from the "Brooklyn 31" collection.

The Great Room has giant ceilings, and so much light that it feels larger than its 2,800 square feet. The concrete floors with radiant heat are cozy and great for sliding on in your socks. The indoor/outdoor fire place is another element to connect the outdoor patio to the interior space.

The house was designed for easy entertaining, with a walk-in pantry snuck in between the refrigerator and range.

We prefer to use natural materials when possible, so the Calcutta marble, wood floors and concrete floors, custom steel windows and doors, and wood paneling throughout the house interior, add warmth and texture.

The bifold doors, when open, offer a special cantilevered effect where the house is "floating" on the far right side of the Great Room.
